01 · Repair
Service Department
Our technicians keep houseboats, pontoons and powerboats running — in the shop or right at your slip. To schedule service, call the office Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.

Travel Lift Services
Haul-outs and launches for boats up to 65 feet. All boats are measured stem to stern (L.O.A.).

Cleaning & Maintenance
Keep your hull clean and efficient. Bottoms must be pressure washed (water line down) before an acid wash.

Custom Fabrication
Custom welding and fabrication is handled by our partner, Precision Fab & Welding.
We do not store wood, concrete or steel vessels, or boats built before 2002. All vessels over 25 years old are subject to inspection before any slip rental can be put under contract.
No less than 90% of the slips within this facility are available for rental by the general public.
