Spring Hunter is an executive rental for guests with extensive experience operating a houseboat.

The real Florida is freshwater springs, vibrant swamps, and incredible wildlife. A stay aboard Spring Hunter, a 65-foot executive houseboat, lets you explore and experience it all along the St. Johns River.

Inside, the bright and welcoming main salon features the helm, a spacious living room with comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. Large windows fill the interior with natural light and include automatic shades for added comfort and privacy. The galley kitchen features natural stone countertops, soft-close cabinetry, undermount sinks, and full-extension drawer glides for a clean, modern feel. Cherry hardwood floors and subtle perimeter lighting add warmth and character throughout the interior.

Spring Hunter comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two private staterooms. The master stateroom features a queen-size bed and TV, while the second stateroom includes an additional queen bed. TVs are installed in each room, allowing guests to unwind after a day on the river. The houseboat also includes two full bathrooms with full-size elongated toilets and modern finishes.

Outdoor living spaces make Spring Hunter ideal for multi-day river adventures. The front deck includes a ceiling fan, propane grill, cooler, and a dining table with seating—perfect for enjoying meals while surrounded by the quiet beauty of Old Florida. The spacious back deck provides room for storing water toys and includes a staircase leading to the rooftop deck.

Above, the rooftop deck features a wet bar with an under-bar refrigerator, a grilling station, lounge seating, and space to enjoy sunset views over the St. Johns River. A flybridge on the upper deck allows the captain to pilot the vessel from above while enjoying panoramic river views. A canopy provides shade for comfortable cruising throughout the day.

Our slice of riverfront paradise puts you close to some of Central Florida’s most stunning natural gems like Hontoon Island, Blue Spring State Park, and more!

Not ready to drive a houseboat yet? Our friendly staff can help you navigate to your destination and tie up, or staying at the docks is always an option too! For the best houseboat experience, bring your kayaks and paddle boards, or tow a boat 18’ or under. Fishing boats, kayaks, and paddle boards are available to add-on to your rental.
